I first saw Kris during their Group Performance on Hollywood week. Their group performance awed me, and Kris became one of my choices for American Idol. When he made it to the Top 36, I was amazed by his performance of Man in the Mirror and was so happy when he made it to the Top 13. Week after week, I made sure that I never miss his performance, because I know that he brings something special to any song. He really is charming. And he has great talent. I really liked his rendition of To Make You Feel My Love, but when I saw him perform She Works Hard for the Money, I knew he's gonna be my American Idol, win or lose.
What I love most about him is his modesty. Even though he's getting better and better on stage, he has kept his feet on the ground. He also managed to accept every criticism by the judges with an open mind, without having to justify why he performed a song in a particular way when it received quite negative comments. And he managed to thank them for the positive reviews on his performances. It has been a pleasant surprise to see him get to the Top 3 and the Finale, and it's amazing to see his reaction whenever he was told he was safe. I was really ecstatic and genuinely happy for him when he was declared the American Idol. He deserves it.
I really wish him all the best in his career and personal life. I'm so excited to buy his first album!

i'm so excited for February 6! Woohoo! I'm kinda worried though coz I'll be going alone, haha haven't been to McKinley Hill. But I have to watch Kris!
