I'm pretty sure that pic of Kris and Megan was taken just after Megan heard her boyfriend Anoop's voice just outside the door. She didn't want him to know she was alone with Kris, so she quickly disguised herself as a crew worker. Kris is pretending like he doesn't even know why a crew worker would be sitting next to him. Anoop was, in fact, fooled as he walked by looking for his love, Megan. But then suddenly he realized that the crew worker in the white hoodie looked familiar! He turned back, and saw it was indeed his beloved Megan. "What?" Anoop exclaimed. "Oh my God, Megan, How could you?"
That's when the camera shutter snapped, catching Megan in shock as she realized she was about to lose her boyfriend, Anoop. Make haste Anoop, and leave that cheatin' twosome behind.
