My best friend Monica really deserves to win this contest. She uses the mottos: Live like we're dying, and live everyday as if it's your last. She really appreciates every detail of life. She has dealt with so many hardships, but she never has let it bring her down. She doesn't have the things that she deserves but she doesn't care, all she wants is to live a good and happy life.
She has been there for me throughout everything that I've been through even when she's had so much stuff to deal with as well. She's taught me that there is so much more to life than what we think. We as friends have dealt with so much of the same stuff. And she's been there for me every step of the way. She has taught me to appreciate what I have, and made me realize that people like us that don't have much can still live life to the fullest.
Music is a big part of her life, and she has showed me details of songs, that made me appreciate them more. For example if I don't like a song just because of how it sounds she breaks it down for me and has me listen to it over again with what she has told me in mind. She has made me appreciate things alot more.
She tries so hard to make her life the best that it can be for herself, and with that it's unbelievable that she has dealt with so much, because she is happy and she thinks positively about everything. She certainly has made me think about so many things in life, I now see life for what it really is, a gift. She has literally saved my life.
I think she deserves something special just for her for once, for that i think Monica deserves to win this contest.
