you've really become a great inspiration to me and I've took up songwriting because of you and that is now my dream. All I want to say is thankyou.

Thanks for posting this interview!
I agree with the interviewer; Red Guitar should be a single! It's one of my favorites from the album!
Love this song, love what it means to Kris and I would love it to be his next single!!! GO Kris
Red Guitar is great - but there are a number of great songs on this CD. I loved him on A.I. But I'm even more impressed with his 1st CD!!!! Very natural, kinda Gavin DeGraw, Jason Mraz..or John Mayer (without the attitude or c***iness - sorry John). I want to hear these songs on the radio more often - why am I not hearing this in the DC Area???
The story behind the Red Guitar really interests me because I can relate. I can see Kris buying his wife a red guitar and it ending up on the wall as a decoration. Being a musician, Kris one day took the red guitar off the wall, tuned it, and wrote this song. He brought life back to the red guitar which is exactly what a musician does to his musical instrument. Without musicians, every instrument is a Red Guitar.
Once I brought back to life an old piano that someone had tossed in their barn. Like Kris, i brought it out of storage, tuned it, and brought it back to life again.
