Kris Allen At VH1 Save The Music [PHOTO]

Not too long ago, Kris took part in an event for VH1’s Save The Music Foundation. In Indianapolis, Indiana, Kris took the stage in front of 1,100 elementary student musicians to highlight the importance of teaching music classes in schools. Uh, not that articles like this aren't appreciated, but "not too long ago"? Why is this only being posted now? This event happened back on May 6, only a little bit after we learned that The Truth was going to be the second single and it wasn't even available to purchase on iTunes or Amazon yet.
Speaking of which, how about a post letting fans know that Kris's album on Amazon can be purchased and downloaded right now through the end of the month for only $5? I should hope most fans that visit this site already have purchased the album, but there's always friends, family, casual fans that could be introduced to Kris's music through this great deal.
I was finally about to go pick it up a couple of days ago, and can't stop listening to it and I can't stop reading the lyrics.
